- Click on the «Stories» section under the main heading «Communication» on the admin panel.
- You will have the option to create two different stories. Click on the «Create Story» button on th "Visual Stories" options.
- In the new image story, you can choose the image you want to share with the "Select Image" button. Upload for both of them.
The story image to be uploaded should be in png format and in 1125x2001 and 1125x2436 sizes for the best view on the mobile app.
- You can write your story title in the "Title" field. The text you write here will appear as the story name on the Sorwe main screen (max. 20 characters).
- Choose the start and end dates of your story.
- Select the employees to send the story to from the "Target Sources".
- In creating a new visual story, you can choose a theme with the “Theme” options, Standard or White.
- You can add a link to the image you will share from the «Link» field. (Note: Text cannot be added to the visual story)
- You can choose the logo you want to appear in the story. (For the best view, the logo should be round, png format and 186x186 size)
- “Do Not Notify Employees” If you check this option, your employees will not be sent e-mails and notifications about the story. Employees will view the story on the Sorwe app.
- With the Save button, your story is processed to be published on the date you specify.
