Select Feedback then 360° on the Sorwe Connect panel. On the main screen, you can start to create a template via the “Choose From Templates” button.

 

 

Step 1 – Template Definition

  • The section consists of areas as template name, description, logo and preview text which is displayed to employees through the app.

 

 


Step 2 – Competence/ Behavior Sets

 

  • Competencies and the measures with the number of their questions are available in three main topics. When you click the competencies, you can reach the questions inside the folders. You can add/remove any of these questions.
  • As you determine the competencies and questions, the total number of questions will be seen at the top.


It is recommended that the number of questions selected should be 3 at minimum for each competence, and the number of questions selected should not exceed 40 in total.

 

 

Step 3 – Reviewer Groups

 

  • All the groups that will evaluate the results, can be selected here. In order to make the evaluation, the minimum number of people is seen in front of each group.


Step 4 – Report Distribution

 

  • In this section “Report Distribution”, “Report Schedule” and “Report Format” can be determined.
  • By clicking the “Save” button you can save the template and it is located in the template list.

 

 


If desired, you can create an HR Partner Group, which reports are sent through, by the report distribution option. In order to select data in the HR Partner section, an HR Partner employee group in the admin panel should be created, and then the creating group should be selected here. (You cannot add only a person in the HR Partner area, rather a group of people.)
